Brandon was easy to work with. He understood what I needed. I had others give me a quote and how they would paint especially the shutters. I hired this company right before Christmas to remove my popcorn ceilings and paint my whole house and was impressed with several aspects of their work. Don, Shane, and the whole crew was amazing to work with. First and foremost, they did an incredible job removing the popcorn ceiling — I would highly recommend them for that alone. They were also great communicators, texting me regularly with updates, and letting me know promptly if there were delays or issues. A few different people came out to complete the work, and while they did move quickly (likely due to the holiday timing), that did lead to a few areas being missed — like some trim that was receiving only one coat had spots missing and a few spots where the paint line wasn’t clean. However, they were proactive and emailed me saying they’d send someone out to fix anything, since the main supervisor wasn’t able to do a final check before they left. I didn’t follow up, which is on me, but I do believe they would have corrected everything if I had! They did clean up after themselves, though some dust remained — I’d recommend planning for a follow-up cleaning if you’re having your popcorn ceiling removed. I’d also suggest doing a detailed room-by-room walkthrough with them before they finish, to catch any small things. Also, keep an eye on your outlet covers, light switches, and alarm systems — a few items weren’t put back in place, so it might be worth removing and labeling them yourself beforehand. Painting quality was good, and I appreciated that they were quick to provide quotes for any additional work I asked about, like painting the trim. In short: I would recommend this company — just be present and thorough during the walkthrough, and definitely call them if anything needs to be corrected. And again, they were phenomenal at popcorn ceiling removal!

My husband and I were very impressed with Don and his crew on an exterior paint job on our home. It was the best quote we got and the job was done perfectly. Don communicated throughout the process and did extras (like pressure wash the back of the house which was vinyl siding, wasn’t being painted, and wasn’t in the quote). They came when they said and knocked the job out in 2 days. We came home from work and it was done and all cleaned up! He even did a few extra things we asked even after we had already paid him. We highly recommend A1 Affordable and would definitely use them again!
